RIVAL ROSE

This is a balanced rosé with a slight sweetness while not overly dry. A crisp and fresh wine, that is refreshing to the palate. The body, makes it an enjoyable wine starting from lunch through to dinner and pairs across all foods.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

A rich and but simple wine with layers of flavor and soft, fine, well-structured tannins. The wine shows a dark berry red colour with a rich and complex nose prominent in blackcurrant, tobacco and typical leafy characters with hints of game.

With notes of cassis flavors, cigar box and cedar all combined for smooth drinking.

SHIRAZ

The wine is a medium body, simple drinking, food friendly style. Structure, flavor and elegance are in balance to deliver a wine for all to enjoy. The balance of silky tannins, ripe fruit flavors and hints of pepper create the perfect shiraz flavor combination for relaxed drinking.

Soft and easy drinking with chardonnay characters without the buttery dryness.The wine finishes with a crisp lemon peel freshness and zesty acidity. A fresh and lively wine to enjoy with fish or poultry dishes.

Distilled in the Cognac region of France, then aged in oak barrels for three years before being bottled. The Oak barrels give the whisky a sweet aroma and taste.

The lighter alcohol content allows for easy drinking and a balanced appeal mixed with soda, particularly for lighter drinkers.
